SALT LAKE CITY, UT – A female pedestrian suffered life-threatening injuries and died later after getting hit by a train Thursday.  Gephardt Daily said the collision occurred around 2:20 pm at 800 South and 600 West. According to the press release, she was on the train’s pathway. She was hospitalized but didn’t survive and died.
