RIVERDALE, UT – One person died after their vehicle was struck by debris on I-15 northbound on Friday afternoon.
The victim was traveling northbound on the interstate in a Hyundai sedan near the Riverdale Road exit when debris from the southbound roadway struck their vehicle. The debris went through the windshield, hitting the driver, reports KSL News.
After a preliminary investigation, police believe the debris to have been brake assembly.
The person died of their injuries from the accident.
