FARMINGTON, UT – A wrong-way driver traveling on Interstate 15 caused a collision that left one man dead and another severely injured, KSL reported. The crash happened at 3 am Saturday after a black Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck drove north in the southbound HOV lane, went off course, and rammed into a Toyota Camry, the Utah Highway Patrol troopers said.
