VEYO, UT – A man and woman died and another person was seriously injured after a head-on collision in Washington County Sunday evening.
The fatal crash happened on Highway 91 near Gunlock Road around 4:20 p.m. according to the Gephardt Daily. A driver in a car traveling northbound crossed the center lane and struck a Harley Davidson motorcycle head-on.
The man and woman on the Harley Davidson were pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver in the other vehicle was airlifted to an area hospital.
Police say impairment may have been a contributing factor in the collision. An investigation is underway.
