CEDAR CITY, UT – Three people were sent to the hospital following a T-bone collision west of Cedar City on Tuesday.
Troopers say a Hyundai, carrying an adult male driver, a woman, and a child in the back seat, pulled out in front of a Chevrolet while heading south on 4200 West. The Chevrolet, traveling westbound on SR-56, struck the driver’s side door of the Hyundai in a T-bone-style collision.
The driver of the Hyundai, an unidentified male, was taken to Cedar City Hospital with moderate injuries. His female passenger was also hospitalized with minor injuries. A baby in the vehicle was unhurt, but transported to the hospital as a precaution.
The Chevrolet’s driver was unhurt.
