Narrative
SALT LAKE CITY, UT – Medics transported a driver to the hospital on Friday after his crashed in a residential neighborhood in the Liberty Wells area.
The incident happened around 11:08 p.m. near the intersection of 1500 South and 800 East, which is just south of Herman Franks Park.
Police say the driver was speeding when he lost control of his SUV, struck two parked vehicles, and overturned into the front yard of a residence.
The driver, who sustained non-critical injuries, required extrication from the wreckage.
There’s no word yet on charges, but a full investigation is underway.
