Narrative
ELSINORE, UT – A 54-year-old woman died Friday after a wrong-way collision with an SUV and a semi-truck along the interstate in Elsinore.
The incident happened around 7:30 p.m. on I-70 on the west side of the city.
The investigation indicates that an eastbound green Saturn entered the westbound lanes of the interstate and collided first with a Toyota 4Runner and then with an 18-wheeler.
The driver of the Saturn died at the scene of the accident.
Neither of the other two drivers sustained injuries.
The investigation is ongoing.
