CEDAR HILLS, UT – According to 2KUTV News, one person was killed after crashing into the Tibble Fork River in Cedar Hills on Thursday.
The crash was reported around 9:00 a.m. when a 56-year-old male driver of a 2016 Audi S4 was driving on SR-92 and crashed into Tibble Fork River near milepost 9. The Audi was found rolled over and submerged in the river at the scene.
The driver was killed in the accident and pronounced dead at the scene. No other occupants were in the vehicle when the crash took place.
Police say speed may have been a factor in the accident.
