SOUTH OGDEN, UT – According to a report from KUTV News, a 55-year-old pedestrian was seriously injured after being struck by a driver at a crosswalk in South Ogden on Thursday.
The crash was reported shortly after 8:00 p.m. near 5700 South Harrison Boulevard. The pedestrian was reportedly crossing the road at a crosswalk when he was struck by a driver of a 2005 Nissan Altima.
The pedestrian sustained serious injuries in the accident and was transported to a nearby hospital for evaluation and treatment. His current condition remains unknown. The driver of the Nissan was not injured in the collision.
