SALT LAKE CITY, UT – 2KUTV News reports that a head-on collision took place in Salt Lake City on Friday morning.
The crash was reported shortly before 11:00 a.m. near the intersection of 1000 West and 400 South. Authorities say a driver attempted an unsafe U-turn at the intersection and struck an oncoming vehicle on its front end.
Police have not shared whether or not any injuries were involved in the accident.
