SANDY, UT – According to a report from 2KUTV News, a pedestrian was hospitalized with injuries after being struck by a driver near Little Cottonwood Canyon on Thursday afternoon.
The crash was reported shortly after 2:00 p.m. between State Route 210 and State Route 209. Authorities say the pedestrian was found in critical condition at the scene and was rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment.
The driver involved remained at the scene and cooperated with investigators following the accident.
