Narrative
WEST HAVEN, UT – One woman died, and six people went to the hospital after a two-vehicle crash at a West Haven intersection Tuesday night.
The incident happened around 9 p.m. at the intersection of 4000 South and South Midland Drive, which is near the border between Roy and Haven City.
The investigation indicates that a southbound Chevy Blazer struck a northbound Tesla when the latter vehicle attempted to make a lefthand turn.
A front seat passenger in the Tesla died at the scene. Authorities have not yet released her identity to the public.
A second adult and an infant from the Tesla went to the hospital with minor injuries, and four people from the Chevy went to the hospital. None of their injuries were serious.
